gosh, 2nd week into T to P!
i really dunno what to expect but of course the best. All i want to say is that i really thank God for my preceptor cox she's really nice and superrrr patient. i think T to P is easier now when she's ard. :))
haven started to take any cases and i kind of like it cox i think i AM an AVOIDING TURTLE. hurhur!

anyway, there's new Jap fashion line coming into singapore and theu seem to sell clothes at a resonable price! gonna check it out this thurs, opening on 9 april, at tampines :) something to look forward to when almost everything seem so gloommyyy.

i realised that it has been a year since i updated this blog! hahahaa...
i realise that i should update regularly cox i am totaly excluded from the world since i am like alone in SICU and ortho ward..

last week was total madness with camp over the weekend and 2 drill coms going on and OSCE.
well, for the drill com i would say it's full of mix feelings. but i'm sure God has a purpose for everything. Next lap, Valuesventure competition.
i can't believe i'm involved in an IT competition when my IT knowledge suck to the core. hahaa

anywaysss, SICU is really a nice place. however, the nurses work at the speed of light. while i'm wearing the gown, they are all ready to change the patient. hahaha... that's how slow i am. but the staff are pretty nice, they will still teach in the midst of the mess! so sweet right :)
my preceptor did her job really well, as in she ensures that whatever she does, it is thorough. an example, she bothered soaking the limbs of the patient and clean the webs of the fingers and toes during bed-bath. i can totally see how much the patient appreciate cox she was attempting to smile even though she was intubated.
but, they really work at the speed of light!

alrights, time to give some updates abt clinicals.

ttsh is really a nice hospital to work in and my preceptor is nice but they are always busy. i understand la, the workload is quite high there. Anywhere, i've like done wound dressing and stuff, which i enjoy. i mean, i rather be busy than floating around the corridor of the ward, ya! I haven officially taken any cases which is like bad,cox i realised everyone has at least taken one.

on one occassion i had to transfere a amputee(fresh) one from bed to chair alone, i was so freaking scared that he would fall cox he's taller and heavier than me! after that shift, i kept dreaming patients falling right before my eyes. how weird is that! i am really scared to see anyone fall k.

generally this clinical is pretty enjoyable except i need and i want to take cases soon!!!!! ya, my preceptor promised me to help me with it like tmr.
